DRUMMING UP FITNESS
Cardio Drumming (On Even Dates): Unique class brings together drumsticks, an exercise ball and rhythm, to create one of the most fun low impact cardio workouts you'll ever do. Improve your coordination and agility through cardio drumming. Using the exercise ball and the floor as your drum, we mix in some fun moves. Cardio drumming turns keeping a rhythm into a workout you will smile through!
60 Second Circuit (On Odd Dates): Get bored easily? This class is for you as we bring back the school gym circuit stations. Improve balance, agility, strength & cognitive function. Just 60 seconds at each station with a little group movement in between. Great low impact cardio workout. You won’t have time to get bored!
