Fitness Classes

ody Sculpt  Increase strength and muscle definition with use of free weights dyna bands, body bars and other resistance equipment.  Create a leaner, trimmer and stronger body.  The benefits are endless.

Classic Cardio A high/lo Cardio workout to burn fat and improve cardiovascular functions.  Ending with abdominal workout and a nice cool down.

Core and More!  A total body workout designed to burn calories and strengthen and tone your core and more!  Fun cardio and strength intervals to rev up your metabolism and serious core training all in one class!​

Drumming Up Fitness
Cardio Drumming (On Even Dates): Unique class brings together drumsticks, an exercise ball and rhythm, to create one of the most fun low impact cardio workouts you'll ever do. Improve your coordination and agility through cardio drumming. Using the exercise ball and the floor as your drum, we mix in some fun moves. Cardio drumming turns keeping a rhythm into a workout you will smile through! 
​60 Second Circuit (On Odd Dates): Get bored easily? This class is for you as we bring back the school gym circuit stations. Improve balance, agility, strength & cognitive function. Just 60 seconds at each station with a little group movement in between. Great low impact cardio workout. You won’t have time to get bored!

Fusion Fitness  A class designed to tone, sculpt, and increase your core strength, flexibility and balance. This class will do it all!

Instructor's Choice  A great way to mix things up. Always a surprise but always a workout.

Modern Pilates  A mat class based on teachings of Joseph Pilates   to increase range of motion and flexibility, while incorporating props for strength development.


Yoga Classes

The practice of Yoga restores youthfulness, inner strength and balance bringing joy, tranquility and understanding to our lives.

Beginner's Yoga Learn the essential yoga poses to increase stability, balance and improve posture. Possible Positive Side Effects: Stress reduction, weight loss and better sleep​.

Yoga I Suitable for beginners as well as ongoing students.  Includes basic yoga positions that can be adapted to fit all ages and physical conditions.

Yoga II Includes more challenging yoga positions requiring at least 6 months to one-year experience.  Students are expected to have a sound understanding of their capabilities and limitations.

Yoga III At least two years Iyengar Yoga experience. Ability to perform Head Balance, and willingness to learn Full  Arm Balance supported at the wall are required.

Meditation  When we focus on our breath, on the inhale and exhale, such natural actions, we are better able to still the body and to still the mind, our ultimate goal. Come to practice letting go​

Yoga Styles

Iyengar Yoga: A world-renowned method of teaching yoga, which emphasizes precision and alignment.  It is a profound, intelligent and transformative approach available to all.

Gentle Yoga: A less rigorous class for new and continuing students. 

Pre-Natal Yoga: If pregnancy is normal, attend any Iyengar Yoga I class.  You MUST advise instructor before practicing as some poses are contra-indicated.
